Overview
The leadership at Gogo wanted to reimagine their product suite for internal diagnostic and monitoring to support self-service support and troubleshooting needs. Features included fleet management, flight tracking, hardware diagnostics, network monitoring, and reporting.
Our team worked with them to explore their existing product, customer needs, and future feature roadmap via a series of workshops. We then built high-fidelity prototypes to test and validate with their business customers. Through testing, we refined the prototypes and developed a complete design system for responsive web to enable them to scale their product for future growth.

We explored new interaction patterns and reusable components that helped the team scale their product over time as more data and features became available.
This resulted in a flexible system that helped them adapt quickly without rebuilding their product.
